"Support actually came through"
Had a login issue and figured I was settling in for the usual support marathon, but surprisingly, they fixed it after just a few messages. Was it perfect? Not exactly. But hey, it worked, and I’m happy enough with that

"Platform was down and I got stuck waiting"
I tried to use the platform right when I needed it, but it kept going down. What made it even more frustrating was sitting in a queue waiting around with no clear idea of when it would actually work again.

"Withdrawals are taking forever"
I tried to make a withdrawal a few days ago and I’m still sitting here waiting for it to show up. I even checked again while drinking my morning coffee, thinking maybe it finally went through overnight, but nope. Support hasn’t been much help either, they just keep telling me to be patient. Frustrating experience overall...

"Not a great experience for me"
I tried using nash.io for trading, and yeah, it just wasn’t for me. The orders felt kinda slow, and I found the interface confusing to get around. Also, the fees and prices didn’t feel super clear while I was using it, which made it more frustrating. I gave it a few tries, but I ended up giving up. i don’t think I’d use it again.

"I don’t think I’m overreacting here"
Something about this just feels a little off to me. Maybe I’m being cautious, but I feel like it’s fair to question it when it gives off a shady vibe. I’d rather trust my gut than ignore the red flags.

"I tried Nash mostly for the rewards..."
I tried Nash mostly for the rewards, but what a letdown. The rules felt way more confusing than they needed to be, and the points or payouts never lined up with what I thought I was supposed to get. Support wasn’t much help either, just gave me the usual vague answers that didn’t really explain anything. Maybe some people manage to make sense of it, but to me it felt like a messy little rewards system that wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Site was way too slow for me"
I tried using the website but it was frustrating. Pages kept freezing alot, the charts were super laggy, and my orders took forever to even load. I dont think I’ll be using it again.

"I set up my account on nash.io..."
I set up my account on nash.io without too much trouble. The email verification was quick, and most of the steps were clear. I did spend a little time trying to find one setting that wasn’t obvious, which was kind of annoying. Overall it went smoothly, but I’d still expect a small apology or at least some acknowledgment for that confusing part.

"I tried using Nash for a fiat..."
I tried using Nash for a fiat off-ramp last week, mostly because I was already at my desk sorting out a few banking things and figured I might as well get it done. It looked simple enough at first, but the transfer took way longer than the time they showed, and the status page didn’t really tell me anything useful while I was waiting.
I contacted support and they did reply eventually, but it was late and the answers felt like copied-and-pasted templates more than actual help. I did get my money in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole process was more stressful than it needed to be and definitely didn’t feel worth the fees. I don’t see myself using it again.

"ID verification was such a hassle"
I tried to verify my ID, but it kept failing and never really explained why. I reached out to support, but they weren’t very helpful either, so I eventually just gave up. If this is how the ID check works, I can’t imagine the rest of the process being much smoother.

"Not the best for learning crypto stuff"
I tried using nash.io after following a few guides , but it just felt confusing . I’m still kind of new to crypto , and the site didn’t feel very beginner friendly to me . I kept clicking around and getting lost in the menus , and the help pages didn’t really clear things up much . Maybe it works better if you already know what you’re doing , but it wasn’t for me .

"Order execution was frustratingly slow"
I tried placing a few orders on nash.io, and the execution was bad. The weird part is, it looked like things were moving normally at first, but the fills took long enough that the price shifted before my orders went through. I ended up getting a worse result than I expected, which was really frustrating. I don’t see myself using it again.

"I’m not an expert on custody setups or..."
I’m not an expert on custody setups or anything, but this one feels fairly secure to me. Withdrawals did take a bit longer than I expected, so that’s worth noting, but overall I’d say my funds feel safe enough

"Blocked in my country and no one gives a straight answer"
I was excited to try it, but it turns out it’s blocked in my region, so I can’t even use it. What made it more annoying is that I kept getting different answers about whether it was supported here or not. One place says it should work, another says it doesn’t. Total waste of time...

"Decent fees, but I’m a bit unsure about the spreads"
Overall, it’s been fair for me. The fees seem good, which I like, but the spreads are a little confusing sometimes. I can’t fully tell if they’re good or just kind of all over the place. Still, not a bad experience so far

"so I signed up for Nash..."
so I signed up for Nash thinking it would cover most of my crypto stuff, but the asset support felt limited. A bunch of coins I actually hold just weren’t available, which was disappointing.
It might be fine if you only deal with the few coins they support, but for me it didn’t really work. I ended up going back to another platform because it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Deposit took forever"
My deposit took way too long to show up, and support wasn’t much help at all. I was just sitting there waiting, with no clear answers, when all I wanted was to use my own money. i felt stupid for trusting them in the first place

"Security seems alright, but I’m not totally sure"
I’ve been using the Nash wallet for a bit, and overall the security feels okay. Like, I don’t get the feeling my funds are just sitting on some sketchy random website or anything. But the setup was kind of confusing here and there, and I wish the backup and security stuff had been explained in a more simple way. Nothing bad actually happened, so it’s not like I had a real issue, but I just didn’t feel fully confident the whole time. It’s fine, I guess around 3 stars for me.

"App is painfully slow and there’s no one to talk to"
I’ve been really frustrated with this app. It takes forever to load, and a few times it froze just when I was trying to check my balance. I even had to restart it multiple times just to get past the login screen. What makes it worse is there doesn’t seem to be any easy way to reach an actual person for help, so you’re just stuck tapping around and hoping it works. Maybe the website is better, but the app feels unfinished and disappointing.
